Growing Affirmation Cards is a pack of cards, each carrying a graphic and an affirmation — a short positive thought to start the day with. The set additionally contains four seed paper cards on which the recipient can write their own affirmation. The card can later be planted: first you sow good spirits, then you grow a plant. Planting instructions are printed on the back of the packaging, so the recipient knows straight away what to do next.

The instruction given in the catalogue is simple: water regularly, soak the paper and make sure it does not dry out; once the sprouts have come, plant the card into the soil.
